Entrants to the course need to be working as experienced restorative practitioners/facilitators and looking to develop their broader thinking on practice and approaches more generally. To demonstrate this, you should currently:
- be experienced in leading the facilitation of cases,
- have experience of serious and complex casework,
- have experience of mentoring other staff in restorative casework,
- have experience of working with a variety of other groups and agencies in supporting and delivering restorative casework,
- understand some of the legislation and standards around Restorative Practice.
