Northumbria’s MSc Economics and Sustainability is for both students with a background in economics who wish to specialise in sustainability, and students from a non-economics background who wish to pursue a career in environmental economics.
Standard Entry
Applicants should normally have:
A minimum of a 2:2 honours degree in any discipline, or substantial experience of working in a business organisation. It is recommended that your previous studies have included quantitative elements.

English Language Requirements:
International applicants are required to have a minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 with 5.5 in each component (or approved equivalent*). The University accepts a large number of UK and International Qualifications in place of IELTS.
