The programme is particularly suitable for social science or built environment graduates, but applications are welcomed from anyone with a background in other disciplines which contribute to the broad field of housing studies. Those with a good HNC/D in a CIH-approved discipline, such as Business and Finance, will also be considered. Applications from senior professionals, who may not meet the usual entry requirements but have extensive housing experience, are considered on an individual basis.
