This Masters in human resources is designed to meet the career development needs of human resource (HR) managers, advisers and administrators.

To facilitate your professional development, the course closely follows the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) postgraduate syllabus structure and meets the Advanced Level knowledge requirements for entry into their professional membership grade.
Duration
Please note the duration of this Human Resource Management Masters is 15 months. The core modules will be taught over 12 months/two semesters as per most Masters courses. Thereafter, the course has an extra three months for you to complete the Consultancy Project.
Extended Masters and Enhanced Extended Masters options
If you have an undergraduate degree but do not meet the entry criteria for this course, you may qualify for our Extended Masters or Enhanced Extended Masters courses.
These courses feature four specially designed modules which will improve your academic and English skills. Once completed you can progress directly onto the regular Masters course.
You should have:
Graduates without any HR or managerial experience and non-graduates with the above-specified experience will be assessed through a written piece of work and an interview at which they will be assessed on their ability to do the course.
