The Intellectual Property & Information Law programme offers a range of modules that will enable you to obtain a thorough understanding of this increasingly significant area and of the concepts and application of the law. Taught by a team of leading King_s academics and assisted by distinguished visiting professors, the teaching offered is closely linked to research and contemporary case studies.
The basic requirement for admission to the programme is a recognised first degree in law (or a degree with substantial law content) of at least good upper second class honours standard or an equivalent overseas qualification.
