Masters Degree Description

The Intellectual Property & Information Law programme offers a range of modules that will enable you to obtain a thorough understanding of this increasingly significant area and of the concepts and application of the law. Taught by a team of leading King_s academics and assisted by distinguished visiting professors, the teaching offered is closely linked to research and contemporary case studies. 

Entry Requirements

The basic requirement for admission to the programme is a recognised first degree in law (or a degree with substantial law content) of at least good upper second class honours standard or an equivalent overseas qualification. Exceptionally, you may be considered where a comparable academic level has been achieved through other graduate studies, or where work or experience has made you a suitable candidate for the.
