Masters Degree Description

The LLM Law, Technology and Innovation will enable you to apply for exciting career opportunities for tomorrow’s job market in legal, finance and technology industries. The course is centred around seminars and lectures, led by leading academics, in which you will critically evaluate legal issues such as artificial intelligence and developments of law and policy arising from technology and associated emerging issues. The course is aimed at both law and non-law graduates. Students will come from the UK and further afield, each able to draw on prior academic and professional experience from different jurisdictions.

Entry Requirements

A minimum 2:2 Honours degree in any discipline. Or a relevant professional qualification such as the Institute of Legal Executives and others that include some element of law. For applicants who do not possess formal qualifications, relevant professional experience may be taken into account via the Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL)/Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) mechanism (University regulations will apply).

The course welcomes international applicants and requires an English level of IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component or equivalent.
