The Chester MBA is a three-stage programme of management learning, leading to a Master of Business Administration degree.

The one-year programme focuses on (amongst others) management issues, contemporary issues including: corporate social responsibility, sustainability, ethics in business, community engagement, and social entrepreneurship.

Through a mix of learning methods which incorporate the use of case studies, discussions, presentations, group work and digital media with formal tutor-led sessions; you will be exploring what it really means to be a strategic leader in the global environment.

The Chester MBA will lead you on a strategically designed and choreographed learning route that examines various facets of international management through tutor-led, group working and experiential ‘hands on’ sessions that put academic theory into actionable practice. These sessions are particularly useful in understanding the application of various practical nuances in global business management.

Entry Requirements

Applicants will normally be expected to hold a first degree with a minimum of 2:2 honours or equivalent. They should also have a minimum of two years’ work experience in a business-related position, normally at supervisory level.

Applicants whose first language is not English must provide evidence of English language proficiency qualification.
