The programme is designed to cater for those wishing to study subjects related to Organisation, Work and Technology, but with more focus on theory and/or research rather than practice. It allows greater flexibility in terms of module selection; the Programme is structured around a series of compulsory modules (45 credits) which provide research training, plus:
A 2:1 honours degree, or equivalent, in any subject will be considered.
Relevant work experience is beneficial, but not essential. Non-standard candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
