Professional Graduate Certificate in Education in PCET

You must have the following academic qualifications:

• An HNC, and advanced NVQ Level 3/4 or Professional Qualifications
• GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent qualifications) in Mathematics and English. If you have studied for a GCSE which has a numerical grade then you will need to achieve a grade 4 or above.

You must also have:

• An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check from the last three years, from the point of enrolment
• A completed medical pro forma
• Evidence of significant work experience in the area you wish to teach

If you are invited for an interview, you will be asked to complete a short in-house literacy assessment, and participate in a group activity.
