1st degree in geography or a cognate discipline; applicants should normally have an Honours degree class of 2.1 or above; candidates in non-cognate disciplines, with lower degree results, or with professional qualifications may be eligible if they have suitable post degree work experience; in such cases candidates are required to demonstrate their suitability to undertake the MA; overseas students are encouraged to apply but must have an adequate and demonstrable command of English.
