The LLM programme will equip you with the legal knowledge and expertise needed to effect real change in the world, whether working in the legal profession, business, government, civil society, international organisations or academia.
You will learn how law can contribute to economic, social and other injustices and how it can be used in the pursuit of global and social justice. Your choice of modules in the fields of national, international and transnational law and regulation will provide you with a broad theoretical grounding and transferable legal skills for research, practice and policy. You will also have the opportunity for interdisciplinary learning, with the option of studying modules offered by other institutes at Loughborough University London alongside your law modules.
You will be taught and supervised by leading experts in their fields. In addition to legal and policy analysis, you will develop advanced legal research and writing skills and build your capacity to undertake independent research, including as a pathway to further doctoral studies.
