To apply you must have at least three years of full-time managerial or leadership work experience and a minimum of a second-class UK degree or an equivalent internationally recognised qualification. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis for senior managers with more than ten year's managerial work experience who don't have an honour's degree.
All applicants are considered on an individual basis and additional qualifications, professional qualifications and relevant experience may also be taken into account when considering applications.
